Bertie is the latest arrival at the Cuckmere kennel.  After an unsuccessful litter with Ivy - she re-absorbed them between 6-7 weeks, which was incredibly upsetting for us all, I was still very keen to be able to have a  puppy from Clooney - Olvinglay To The Moon and Back who has been staying in the UK learning how to pick up game and also add some new genes to UK llines.

Thankfully, I had the option of several forthcoming litters and this one in particular caught my eye. This little lad stood out for both Kelly and I on our first visit to see the pups.  His mum is truly beautiful with a superb temperament and I was already smitten with Clooney so everything felt perfect for us.  Ali very kindly allowed us to have this young man and he came home with us at 7 weeks of age.

He has settled in very well, especially with his best mate Bentley the Golden Cocker Spaniel and the rest of the family.

Ringcraft is due to start very soon!

We are incredily pleased with Bertie health test results - we couldn't have asked for better to be honest.  He has now had his first experience of the ladies and we eargerly await the results!
